The East Herkimer Fire Department will be hosting a Community Open House on October 19th, from Noon until 4 PM at the fire station. Firefighters and Ladies Auxiliary Members will be on hand to provide tours, answer questions, and offer demonstrations. The Herkimer County Smoke House will be available for everyone to practice their escape drills. We will also be conducting a fundraiser in conjunction with the Open House that includes a chicken barbeque, bake sale, and raffles. Please stop by!
